• A Plaster Trap on Wheels

The little 60 litre plaster trap on the left was custom made for a major hospital.  It sits neatly in a stainless steel frame with nylon runners so that it can be wheeled out from under the sink for cleaning.  Pretty snazzy!

According to EPA Victoria every business must take appropriate steps to ensure that hazardous chemicals and materials do not escape into the waterways via stormwater or other means.

Regardless of whether you run a petrol station, a mechanic shop, an engineering business using hydraulic fluids or even a small retail business storing cleaning agents or pesticides for your own use, you must comply.

If you accidentally allow hazardous materials to escape or, even if the EPA deems that you’re not taking reasonable steps to prevent a spill, your business could be at risk of a serious fine.

An investment in a General Purpose Spill Kit could be your best insurance against a costly run-in with the authorities.  For around $450 you can buy a kit that will cope with up to 270 litres of general liquids, herbicides, pesticides, oil fuel and other solvents.

Just like owing a first aid kit, having a spill response kit on your premises shows that you take health, safety and compliance seriously.

It is circular on top with a funnel shaped based and is designed to sit in a metal frame.  All the flanges were hand made to suit a custom size mixing wand.

We can design and fabricate tanks from 50 litres to 50,000 litres and beyond using the highest grade of UV stabilised HDPE or Polypropylene cast sheet providing safe and reliable service for the storage of chemicals.
